Menus reflect Donato and Mimis passion for the art of Mediterranean Cuisine and include sensational antipasto platters, fresh seafood including prawns, oysters and salmon, a range of delectable pasta dishes, tender meats, exotic main courses and traditional desserts.
The bride and groom can relax with their guests in the ambience of the Grand Ballrooms elegant interior, knowing every detail is taken care of. The setting is one of opulence and elegance, where draped fabrics, chandeliers and fairy lights set a mood of romantic intimacy. Its everything youve dreamed about for your special day.
The Grand Ballroom can seat from less than 100 guests to around 500 guests in style, with complete room set-up included in the price, including white linen tablecloths and skirted bridal, cake and gift tables, and personalised printed menus on each table. A private area is also available for pre-dinner drinks and canapes, and other inclusive facilities include a full sized dance floor, and a PA system for speeches.
