A naming ceremony is a non religious celebration of the arrival of a new child. It is a way of welcoming the child and officially introducting her/him to family and friends
Naming ceremonies are appropriate for anyone, at any age. The arrival of a new baby, uniting of step or adopted children within a family, or an adult name change are all great reasons to hold a naming ceremony.
Commitment Ceremonies
A commitment ceremony is similar in form and content to a a marriage ceremony. the difference is that rather than being a legally binding ceremony, it is simply a public affirmation of a couples commitment to one another.
Renewal of vows
There are times when a couple may feel it is appropriate to express and renew their love and commitment. Such ceremonies are full of warmth and feeling.
Funereal
A funereal service is a very personal celebration of a loved ones life. It need not necessarily be a religious service.
