The problem doesnâ??t lie in what we donâ??t know (for majority of us), rather itâ??s our relationship with food that needs nurturing. Knowing what is right and then DOING, can feel like polar opposites.
Who can vouch that emotional eating has on occasion (or continually) influence not only how we perceive food but also how we value ourselves?
Our thoughts are just (if not more) of an impact to our nutritional wellbeing as is the food we fuel ourselves with so itâ??s essential to address the two synergistically rather than as separate entities.
Knowing what excites you, DRIVES you to do amazing things. So itâ??s no different when making lifestyle and nutrition goals- you need to know WHY you want it in the first place for your fire to burn strong.
