In times of busyness, stress and change, Yoga Relax gives you permission to remove the striving and effort from your daily approach and allow your body and mind to find relaxation.
An emphasis is on a simple practice. Your mind gets to play at simplicity, at being a beginner.
This class can be done by every BODY, anytime, at any age, and mainly caters for beginners and those who like a more Yin approach.
Mind Body Yoga Class

Mind Body Yoga is a dynamic yet gentle class that refines your self-awareness and cultivates presence in daily life. You practice meditation both in motion and in stillness so yoga can 'do you' rather than you 'do yoga'. What makes this class unique is you simply give more attention to the process.
This class is suitable for beginners who don't have any chronic health problems, and more advanced students.
