Innerji offers yoga for every 'body' - every person, regardless of age, size, shape or fitness level. Our classes are held throughout Canberra and Queanbeyan and include:
Chair Yoga - ideal for people new to yoga or who have restricted mobility.
All Shapes Yoga (C) - geared for people who may feel self-conscious in a general yoga class, who are more 'curvy', not flexible or who have weight issues.
Vinyasa Flow - a flowing style of yoga ranging from gentle to more vigorous classes.
Mat-for-One (C) - experience the ultimate in individual attention with a bespoke yoga class.
Buddy-Up (C) - teaming up with your partner or friends is a great way to stay motivated and learn yoga with these private sessions.
Outdoor yoga (weather permitting) - experience yoga in nature with outdoor Vinyasa Flow classes.
Yoga for special populations - Innerji offers yoga classes at retirement villages, nursing homes and to people living with disabilities.
About your Yoga Teacher:
Lesley Levy is a qualified yoga teacher and holds certificates in Vinyasa Flow and Chair Yoga. She is also a Meditation teacher, massage and bodywork therapist.
Lesley is passionate about demystifying and sharing yoga with anyone who wishes to learn.
