Vim has practised & studied yoga for over 20 years. Her classes are conducted in the classical Iyengar style with precise instruction to the anatomical & physiological alignment of the body in conjunction with breath awareness.
Props may be used to bring a deeper understanding to the poses.
The focus in her personal practice & teaching is on developing inner & outer strength & exploring the calm & clarity that comes with working the body, mind & breath together.

PRIVATE TUITION: Personalised programme designed to target health issues such as low energy and irritating aches which could be the cause of headaches, back pain & stiff joints. Or, learn poses that help to calm & soothe a busy mind. The aim is to return to a healthy, functional lifestyle.
Thursday sessions in Nelson Bay (by appointment only): 7.30-8.30am, 9.00-10.00am, 10.30-11.30am, 12.00-1.00pm.
GENERAL CLASS: Practise & learn yoga poses using simple techniques & props to release muscle tension & calm a stressed mind.
CORPORATE YOGA: The aim of my yoga programme is to bring about an understanding of the value and benefits of yoga that can prevent a lot of health problems over the course of a lifetime.
TEEN SCHOOL YOGA: As well as stretch & tone muscles, my school yoga programme encourages students to explore the movements of their spine & endeavours to bring a better understanding about the benefits of good posture.
