Classes are relaxed and friendly in a supportive and non competitive environment.
Everyone is welcome. My aim is to bring yoga to the average person. You don't have to be fit, strong or even flexible but will be encouraged to work within your physical capacity to develop a practice at your own individual pace.
Back to Balance yoga classes encompass building core strength and stability, increasing flexibility, developing concentration and heightened self awareness.
You will learn appropriate yoga postures, yogic breathing and deep relaxation.
Classes focus upon learning to attune respectfully to your body's capacity with techniques of breath awareness, grounding, centering, alignment and relaxation.There is always a focus on exploration of the breath as a vital link between the body and the mind with the intention to have you leave the class feeling centered and at peace.
Yoga classes and courses that will help build a foundation for a practice that
will have the potential to engage and support you for the rest of your life.
