At Yogatime, we teach fun, dynamic vinyasa (flowing) yoga classes. Each class is intimate with only max of 20 students, ensuring you are given plenty of personal attention from our highly qualified teachers. We are very supportive and encouraging towards all students regardless of your level of experience, fitness or flexibility. It matters not your age, shape or size everyone is considered equal and we warmly welcome you to practice with us at Yogatime.
Each class is different with a constantly varying sequence of poses never a dull moment! A wide variety of postures and body parts will be covered; be prepared to workout, have fun and leave feeling ultra relaxed and centred. The studio is heated to 27 degrees to encourage a good sweat and to warm the muscles so you can begin to transform your body for the better.

Yogatime offers a few different styles of classes with a young and fresh twist. Our aim is to deliver new ideas and approaches without losing sight of yogas rich tradition. If you are brand spanking new to yoga, we recommend you start with an Essentials or Flow N Let Go class, as they move a little more slowly and are designed to give you a thorough understanding of the poses. The Open level class is exactly that open to all different levels. You are welcome to attend these classes but be advised they can sometimes move a little fast for beginners.
