your yoga specialises in Prenatal Yoga and Post Natal Workshops for women. A weekly open group class is offered on Monday evenings in Mosman and Private Consultation (Yoga Therapy/ Illness Management / Injury recovery and rehabilitation) is available by appointment.
Every class is tailored to the group and each person addressed individually. The intimate class environment (max 8ppl) allows the opportunity for your needs to be considered, giving you the power to decide what your body and mind need on the day.
Prenatal Yoga classes are different to a normal yoga class and need to be tailored to each women and her stage of pregnancy. Lisa is a mother herself and enjoys helping women to find and own their power throughout pregnancy, in birth and the role of mother through her prenatal yoga classes. Prenatal yoga classes will include; breathing exercises, postures to release tension, stiffness and discomfort in a growing and changing body and Meditation and Visualisation.
your yoga Post Natal workshops were created to fill a gap in education and self-care for women following childbirth. The workshops address the major topics of concern (Pelvic Floor & Abdominals, Neck, Shoulders, Upper Back and Restoring Energy and Well-being) and aim to empower women with practical, helpful and realistic information to strengthen and nourish themselves physically, mentally and emotionally following childbirth.
