Power Basics 25º- learn the essentials in a warm and friendly class. Suits all.
Embodied Flow - A slower moving embodied yoga class. room temperature.
Yin Yoga - Suitable for the 'busy' type person that needs to slow down to restore balance. A floor based practice with gentle, long stretches and meditation. mmmm, like warm honey. room temperature.
Kids Yoga - Our kids yoga classes are designed to introduce children to a healthy, lifelong yoga practice that is non-competitive, physically challenging and FUN.
