Our studio offers broad-based Hatha Yoga classes, mainly working in small to medium sized classes, where our teachers assist students in tailoring the yoga Asanas (postures) and practices to suit their own needs. We offer insights into yoga philosophy, threading it into Pranayama (breath awareness) and meditation, and completing each class with a guided relaxation.
At Core Yoga Studios we enjoy creating an environment where you can stretch, strengthen and enliven your body, mind and spirit. Our studio is air-conditioned and fully equipped with mats, bolsters, straps and blocks. Please bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing, and try not to eat a heavy meal prior to attending.
You are more than welcome to attend any of our classes, as they run on a casual basis (except a few classes that are run as courses). There is no need to book in advance, but we do suggest you arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a place.
