Inna bliss yoga specializes in a fusion of hatha and vinyasa yoga, emphasizing awareness on the breath and appropriate alignment to more deeper into discovering strength, openness, flexibility and calmness within body and mind.
We cater for Beginners, offering our 6 week Beginner courses across both of our studios for students who are new to yoga, recovering from injury or those wishing to refresh the fundamentals of yoga. We also offer specialized Prenatal yoga and Active birth classes, as well as classes for Mums n Bubs and Mums n Toddlers.
As well as this, we bring yoga to the workplace throughout Brisbane, through our Corporate yoga program.
