Yoga is a form of exercise that can be altered according to your needs and abilities, improving not only specific parts of the body, but also the health of the body as a whole.
It helps you become more in touch with yourself and your body enabling you to accept who you are and the state you are in, creating a positive approach to life. Yoga also encourages social interaction and develops social support networks.

Yoga for Everyone on Monday evenings at 7:30pm and Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:30am.
