Yoga is a systematic and ancient practise that combines physical postures, meditation, breath work and philosophy. The word Yoga means union and it aims to bring body mind and spirit into harmony.
Hatha Yoga classes are multilevel and designed for beginner to intermediate students. All classes include a fluid guided sequence of gentle physical movements that are designed to offer a deeper rhythmical flow of asana, movement and breath. Hatha yoga when practised regularly will improve flexibility, build physical strength, detox the body, promote better breathing, ease stress, reduce back pain, build self-esteem and help normalise your weight. With the regular practise of yoga stretching, your muscles lengthen becoming stronger & toned.

General Yoga: 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. We commences with relaxation, then breathing practices followed by gentle yoga stretches and strengthening poses, integrated by Vinyasa flow . We finish with deep relaxation and may also include meditation.
Yoga Stretch: 1 hr
This class includes gentle stretches to lengthen and tone the muscles, a vinyasa practice, deep breathing and finishes with yoga nidra.
Gentle Yoga: 1 1/2 hrs
Suitable for beginners, if recovering from injuries or illness, have difficulty with mobility, feeling stressed or for those who enjoy gentle stretching with no dynamic work.
