Lu offers participants well rounded and enjoyable classes with the aim to improving your flexibility and strength whilst calming and rejuvenating your nervous system to eliminate toxins from your body, reduce stress levels and improve your overall well-being.
Lu's classes incorporate Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Relaxation.

General Information:
* Arrive to class 5-10 minutes early. This will give you time to set yourself up and to have a few quiet moments prior to the class commencing.
* Yoga is nurturing and non-competitive.
* Wear non-restrictive clothing that you feel comfortable in.
* Please mention before each class any injuries or special conditions that you may have.
* Do not compare your practice with any other participants in the class or to your practice on any other day. No day is the same, it is very important to listen to your body and not push it beyond its limits of the day.
* It is best to practice on an empty stomach. The general recommendation that you do not eat for at least 2 hours prior to your yoga practice and 3-4 hours after a heavy meal.
* Relaxed Effort. This denotes the mood for all yoga practise. There is no sweaty straining. Relaxation is the key throughout. Even in the case of the more difficult postures, as relaxed approach without tension or straining will get the best results. Success comes by letting go of tensions, rather than increasing them.
