My husband went to speak to management regarding the phone conversation and he received an honest apology on my behalf.

He left on good terms with them so it was all a misunderstanding. Very happy with how it was handled.

There was no information about picking up my parcel so I called them at 1pm on Monday 31st July. The guy that answered the phone was so rude and condescending. He should not be representing the company by answering the phone. Absolutely disgusting
