Annies- No.1 Cleaning Service

I booked Annie's cleaning service to assist me with domestic cleaning, two weeks later when the cleaner was due to arrive - no one turned up. When I contacted the business I was told that because I was a new client I had just been missed off that f/n roster. Accidents happen....I was then told I would need to slot into a particular cleaners roster and had to wait another f/n before she would be due to come. Here I am a f/n later and you guessed it no cleaner. I have contacted the business again and they haven't called me back. I am now 6 weeks without a cleaner, guess I better find someone else who wants my business!
