Don't waste your time or money. Booking was put in wrong so couldn't do what I had booked in for. Had too many clients there at one time so my colour was rushed & as a result all over my face, ears, face mask etc. I was then offered a cuppa which I never received. My timer went off for my colour & no one noticed resulting in my colour being in 20 mins longer than it should have been & resulted in much darker hair than I wanted & am happy with. Girl who washed the colour out left lots of my face. I had to ask someone to do something about it & still had to scrub it off when I got home. I was made to wait longer again to have a simple trim as again they had too many clients there at one time. What should have taken 1 1/2 hours tops too 3hrs - most of which I was sitting waiting. The lady then tried to book me in for the foils I originally booked in for & told me it would be more than $200 to do. This is after having to pay for what was done on the day. Never again. No respect for clients & their time. Just focussed on getting as much money as possible.
