AAC Alexs Air Conditioning

Took a very substantial deposit for an air-conditioning installation, made multiple promises kept on deferring but never turned up once. He said he took over the business from his father who would be totally ashamed of his son now if that was true. He also owes multiple suppliers on the Central Coast very significant amounts of money

Ran off with my deposit 6 months ago and has never done any work. Now chasing him through NCAT

He has disappeared with my $5000 deposit and never did any work. Refusing to return my deposit after 6 months. Do not use!!!

I had used Alex’s company several times over the last few years and I gave a very positive review after his last installation, however things have obviously changed with this company because, like similar recent reviews Alex happily took a $900 deposit on an air conditioning installation because in his words “I now ask for deposits after being stung” and then communication became patchy, full of excuses as to why he hadn’t been in touch and then, nothing. He eventually gave us an install date but that came and went without a word from him. We are disgusted with him and are now seeking to recoup this money. If he is having money difficulties his clients would be more understanding if he was at least honest instead of giving excuses like being seriously sick and ‘even being in hospital’. A bad and very disappointing experience.

Alex Cacouratos of AAC Alex's Air Conditioning took a deposit from me of $1,600 to supply an install an air conditioner. He never showed up and continually stalled before it became clear he never had any intention of supplying or delivering the goods (3 months). Currently progressing through NCAT to obtain my refund.

Alex has installed two airconditioners in our home, has always communicated promptly and turned up on time. He is professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Completed half job, now with many excuses cannot come back to finish.

I was reluctant to pay total balance, so we didn’t get scammed. With many reassurance I was convinced to pay the total as he’d be back definitely. Hasn’t been back 10 months later.

They turn up on time, they wear professional uniforms, gave us a great service and replace my new aircon with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries at a very affordable price! From start to finish, Alex has displayed an absolute professionalism, willing to assist all my technical questions and his workmanship is excellent. It is very refreshing to speak to tradesman that really wants your business and is going above & beyond to ensure all my questions are attended to! This guy did half the job and then gave me 5 or 6 excuses on days he was due to return. Installed ac unit in front of clothesline and too close to gas bottles. Now refuses to return my calls. Left a lot of mess and felt he had the right to smoke on site. Disgusting.
