These guys are really not worth taking your car to. I had my car repaired there and they promised that they have changed the sensors but they didn't, however they had charged the money to the insurance company. While I was picking up the car the sensor cable were hanging down from the bumper, which didnt look new at all. In spite of advising them 3 times they said they have fixed the sensor but by the time I went home the cable was hanging again. I had continuous issues with the sensors after the car was repaired. I complaint to the insurance company and the accessors came over to check the car and mentioned that this is not correct and they have not replaced the sensor kit. I had to take my car again for the entire bumper to be changed.
When requesting for the drop back to the home they said there is staff shortage and they can't drop the car. When picking up the car back they said the same. They have been so rude and they are hopeless in customer service. There is no sense of follow up as they had to redo the job again. Instead of apologising they are becoming more and more arrogant. Moreover I had to go to the Carbon car system and request them for the Quote and then send it to the smash repairer for repair and make my own appointment to fix the sensor to be installed. It was utter waste of my time. It was a complete nightmare dealing with these guys.
Guys please be aware you may not get the car fixed as it needs to be. Please do go to other smash repairer. Not worth the hassle.

I take great pride in my car and when I hit a roo I was devastated. I was interstate and my insurance company gave me a choice of two near where I live. There was no time to evaluate either company. Sight unseen I chose ROD BOWEN SMASH REPAIR. It was the best choice I could have made.
This is a very busy business but Rod and the office staff always have time for the customer. The office staff were polite and efficient, answering my emails promptly and with all the information I requested. Rod took time to explain the process and guaranteed the job would be to my satisfaction (no easy task).
It took 7 working days and I was very anxious to see the finished product.
IT WAS PERFECT! My car looks better than prior to hitting the roo. Paint job PERFECT! The car was cleaned throughout.

Big cheaters. I have got my car repaired, the work quilaty is so poor and bad. When I told them the issues they totally disagree. Finally I got involved legal authorities in this amateur and got my car rectified from somewhere else
These guys are so dishonest and cheater be careful
I won't recommend anyone Rod Bowen.
