The Bowral Cafe & Patisserie

Although the place was fitted out perfectly (in my eyes) with an extensive menu and delicious looking dessert range, the waitress would not allow me to order a soy milkshake because "although we offer soy milk for our hot drinks we do not make soy milkshakes". Having spoken to the manager and receiving the same response, WITHOUT a reason we left with my 5 year old not having her milkshake and sales from the 5 of us missed by this cafe. Further when our table water arrived 1 of the kids plastic cups had 2 major chips in it which I sent back and they replaced WITHOUT apology!
