Macarthur Square Medical & Dental Centre

We waited 2 and a half hours after being told it should only be a 45 minute wait when booking in. After 2 and a half hours of waiting we asked reception how long to be told the doctors had all been on break for the past hour and were about to start taking patients in again and there was one person in front of us. Maybe in future they should let patients know that they’re doctors aren’t even taking patients so we don’t sit there for 2 hours! Wasting our time. Absolutely ridiculous if there was a way to give less than one star I would.

Came in as the surgery opened, waited over 1.5 hours today to be seen, it wasn't until I got up and asked the receptionist an estimate when she only then told me the doctor hadn't even arrived yet. While others would come in and go while I was still waiting. Maybe next time tell the patients if they haven't arrived yet before it gets to 1.5 hours. Not to mention the doctors are pretty useless aswell. No lack of empathy or give any descriptive information about your illness, or even take you seriously after visiting 8+ times for the same issue. Just "come back if it doesn't help" Its not. Do better. Refer me to someone who gives a damn or knows what they're talking about.
