Poor customer service

Paul Wakling is the worst service department that i have dealt with. Couldn't fix the issues with my vehicle from brand new and do poor half job when they serviced our vehicle. Mind you they know how to charge you and can't wait to get you out the door.

Nothing but disappointment

Unfortunately due to a tender process to replace a written off vehicle we were forced to deal with Paul Wakeling motor group. NRMA paid for them to deliver a brand new vehicle with less than 100km on the odometer as per normal brand new purchase contracts. The vehicle was delivered to use with 475km on the odometer. It is not in brand new condition, it was dirty and had another couple of issues including the wrong tint colour to match the rest of the car (only the front two windows had to be tinted as for some reason Pajero Sports come standard with back window tinting). The bull bar had also been installed crooked and needs adjustment - most unhelpfully we now have to take it back 5 hours to get it properly aligned. The worst part is they won't do anything about any of this and I can't even get a phone called returned. If you want disappoinment this is the business for you.
