I visited this warehouse on Thursday afternoon as my husband and I are shopping for 3 rooms of carpet. I was served by a very helpful gentleman who took his time to show me the products he thought I would be interested in. He also lent me 2 beautiful big samples of carpet to take home and said that whilst he wouldn't be in on Friday, somebody would be there to help me when I returned and as long as I had room measurements they would be able to give me a "rough" quote. When I returned the samples today, there was nobody in the showroom..I heard noise in the warehouse out the back so I stood where they could see me and I received a very friendly wave from a staff member who yelled out "won't be long"..I returned to the showroom and waited.and waited..and waited. no one turned upI waited about 10 minutes in which time I could hear them chatting and laughing and a forklift operating. I left the samples on the table and walked outshocking service. I am in a service industry myself and found this business lacking.
