I started PT with Luke after having my second child as I wanted to get my PRE BABY BODY back. Luke always made me feel comfortable about working out. He pushed me above and beyond my limits to help me achieve my goals. Luke worked out a nutritional meal plan for me that worked on a budget shopping list. Luke always gave me feedback on how I was going and always encouraged me to set new goals and limits. I feel exhausted yet amazing after every PT session.
