I have been attacked and talked down to by the service girl, this person should no to work in customer service, I will never go back there, I can’t understand how people like this still have a job.

I have just been attacked by the ( I think ) owner of their other business in Cronulla - Cronulla Paper shop and accused of being rude to her .I went to collect a parcel that I thought had been left there by DHL and I was attempting to explain that I had received a text from DHL .She told me they did not need to know any details and when I expressed surprise at her tone of voice she told me I could leave the shop as they didn’t tolerate rude customers .Luckily the nice young girl I was dealing with looked at my message and just quietly said that it wasn’t there .I am never rude to people in shops and make a point of being friendly and I was pretty upset especially as I am not well at the moment and feeling a bit fragile .This is no way to run a business and I can see my complaint is not the only time people have had similar experiences .Unfortunately the 2 newsagents in Cronulla are run by the same people so no choice

Every time I went to the shop I have faced a very poor customer service from 3 different staff, a young lady who seems Chinese, a young male who seems Australian and a older lady who seems Australia too. All three were extremely rude when I was nice to them as I am as usual with staff members wherever I go. I gave a go 5 times and I honestly deeply regret ending up they having handled my parcel to another customer. Really poor service. I don’t recommend at all!
