Purchased car. Cracked light, dirty interior, rubber strips on windows cracked and worn, covered a hole in floor near petals with a mat.

Issues straight away with air con on way home from dealership, rang dealership on way home was advised to bring back to fix issue, brought back to dealership to fix issue , before I left engine light was on ? I was told he could run up the road to get it checked, after 20mins he came back light had disappeared, upon way home turned on heating to realise no heating . IN AS LITTLE AS A MONTH DRIVING HOME ALL INSTRUMENT LIGHTS STARTED FLASHING I HAD TO PULL OVER AND TuRN CAR OFF in peak hour traffic. I CALLED INTO NEARBY GARAGE TO GET CHECKED was told Head gasket in car was Blown it would be a very expensive fix.

RANG dealership was very upset and had been told I would have to take car to them to get them to fix they would only cover a certain amount of repair , I would have to pay for towing of vehicle was my own cost. Was told to get over it , not the end of the world and the gasket was not part of the engine.

Car sitting in garage as I can not afford fix or tow of vehicle being a disability pensioner. NO TRANSPORT to take my 90 year old mother anywhere. NOT HAPPY PROFESSIONALISM WAS TERRIBLE, VERY RUDE , ARROGANT TO COMPLAINTS.

Unsure how still in business

Aggressive when you catch them out on their below par cars, found additives in the radiatior to temp stop over heating, didn't end up buying the car but it will be someone else's issues, fair trade needs to really look into these guys

Car company with Bad habits

Tried to by a car cnear dnd of the day...they did not want to make the deal. But asked to leave a deposit for the car not sold till Next opening day. They garantiert to get all money back. Even in written Form. I went back as agreed..and asked for my money. Till today after month of trying I have wasted 500AUD there. So seems one of the worst dealer in Australia

Terrible - Do not waste your money here!

Never Purchase a car from here! Purchased a car 2 and a half month ago from here, it has had endless issues and been back to their mechanic 3 TIMES! Yet still has ongoing issues. I'm not sure I have enough space here to type out all the issues and time the car has spent at their mechanic, however, in short, it has had 10 issues maybe even more. 2 of which had left the car undrivable!! They will tell you everything is "fine" and "normal" and "guarantee nothing else will go wrong" Load of lies! Save yourself the headaches and never go here!
