Was suppose to come 6 weeks ago to repair a dishwasher after 4 weeks of waiting discovered he had gone away without telling us! After 6 weeks rocked up out of the blue and when I said I was just heading out and to come back tomorrow asked if he woke me up!? (this was at 2pm in the afternoon) Didn't show up the next day despite arranging a time with me and when I called said he wasn't coming as his wife was picking the kids up from school and hes not coming any more, was so rude and arrogant and wouldn't even book another day or time with me on the phone! Extremely unprofessional and have been advised none of the real estates in town will deal with him as hes just so rude and they get constant complaints regarding him! Hes the only person in town who does warranty claims so I have no choice but to deal with but don't even want him in my home now!
