Each time we had the job done, something was always missed. I didn't say too much as it is a big house and thought with time they would get it sorted.

Blinds were left half pulled up, items were moved around and not put back, floors were left filthy, I even provided the cleaning products for them at my cost, even a few things have gone missing, not to say they stole anything but we still can't find stuff. The minute I called to give feed back I was told I was out of line, Dean was very rude to me, then told me he would refund my last job and quit from doing any further work for us.

This operator has lied to me as he had not refunded my money , but he had blocked my phone.
