Golden King 2000 Chinese Restaurant

Best food ever!!

We had a booking for a total of 30 family members. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with horrible customer service which quite disappointingly continued throughout the entire night, there food wasnt great either.
There was a lady and older gentleman that worked there that completely ruined our night and managed to make every single one of us annoyed and angry. When we made a complaint to the gentleman about how rude he was being his reply was, "we're not a 5 star restaurant".
We left completely unsatisfied and highly frustrated. They were rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. Never returning to this horrible restaurant again.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

Came here after many years of going to a different Chinese Restaurant and will never come back here again.

We were waiting for a long time to place our order. The table in front and behind us which both arrived after us had yhere orders taken.

Paid for our drinks and left. No one apologised. They really couldn't of cared less.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Have been going here for years. Last night was the first time i have chosen to get it delivered. Food was stil very good and i didnt have to wait very long. The only problem is choosing what to order, and the bathroom is a little ancient and out the back. Food and service is great though. My room mate craves the chilli chicken with extra chilli of course and GK's is a regular on the calendar
