I'm a french student I just arrived in a residence rent by furnished property. It was so dirty I rent a room for 375/week and I believed in a clean residence but I was so surprised by that I will find. I precised that they give me a meeting the first day and the office was closed they were in holidays so I had nothing to sleep the first time. Second step I gave them the information that it was so dirty 4 days ago (when I arrived ) and they do nothing. It stay like in pictures. I think pictures are better than works. I'm in Chalmers Lodge. Final step I ask them to refund me enter fees and bond and they said no and they want I pay 200 AUD to leave the residence, It's not a joke.
Just run away
