Very poor customer service, one star for answering your phone. Appointment booked for 2pm arrive at 1.55pm left outside on 40dec day ringing bell. Call to find out if Im at correct location to be told appointment is 2pm and he is having lunch. Maybe invest in a waiting room or have the courtesy to advise customers you will be a couple of minutes. Will not pay good money for this service.
