Sparkle Car Wash Mittagong

I spent $85 for what was meant to be a package of a car wash, windows inside and out, vacuuming, and tyre shine. I was told to come and collect the car in one and a half hours, I came back two hours later to find them still working on my car. After I had paid and was notified the car was ready, I had noticed dirty marks on the windscreen which I ask him to clean again, he did so but failed to get rid of the dirt due to his half-hearted wipes with his rag. The second I drove my car outside into the sun I could see how pathetic their work actually was. They had not even used a sponge to wash the car. It seems that these lazy so-called “car detailers” had simply just used a gurney and dried it. The windows which were meant to be cleaned inside and out were untouched. The car was left filthy and later that day I had to take the car home and wash it myself. The only half decent job they did was the vacuuming. I highly recommend that you stay away from these incompetent people who have no idea how to detail cars.

Had to take the car back twice, once for missed areas on the windscreen, the second for chemical tarnishing of the alloy bull bar. Ricky denied that it was a chemical they used and despite an offer to fix it with metal polish "when it arrived", I waited a week and nothing happened. Took the car to another local car wash and they fixed it. I requested a refund of the cost to get it fixed but nothing was forthcoming. Will never go back.

Really happy to report how very helpful Ric was at Sparkle Mittagong after the bad experience I had with the Manager therez! So thanks Ric for all your help and care as a result of my complaint! highly recommend for their ability to empathise and practically help!

I have been here several times and the quality was good. The service was great and the prices were comparable.
Very convenient location too.

I have been here about 5 times it used to be ok. The job is ok dash was left dusty. The last time i went i experienced the worst service i have ever had the guy was so rude. I will never be going back.
