Coffee Fix the Catering Place

went from supplying my whole mobile coffee van business with Coffee Fix to nothing due to their consistent incompetence. Here are a few of the many reasons I would recommend not to wok with them: They messed up nearly every product order I made with them (incorrect or non-correlating cups and lids, incorrect coffee, etc.); they close for nearly two weeks over xmas (any hospitality establishments busiest period); their coffee machine technicians aren't available on weekends (biggest trade days for cafes); they repeatedly just forgot to pass on my messages or requests and I had to chase them up to receive service; and their coffee beans are over priced.

Some of the staff are nice but Paul was rude and condescending to me on several occasions. The last straw for me was when they told me my machine was broken beyond repair (despite being serviced by them only a few months before) and they told me they would take it off my hands as a favour since "the tip would charge me to dump it"- something I later learned was totally false since any wrecker would pay you for stainless steel. This dishonesty made me question whether my machine had in fact been 'beyond repair' at all or if they were taking advantage of their position and my lack of knowledge. I would never recommend Coffee Fix to any hospitality customer, and I regret investing so much of my money with them in the past.
