Stylz Hair Designers

My usual hairdresser from another salon was on holidays and I made an appointment with the owner to do my hair and he forgot that I was coming in and said he couldn't do it. I went to Stylz Parramatta and without an appointment, they fitted me in. Yemen is an amazing hairdresser, she did a beautiful job, the colour and foils look amazing! Guess what! You have yourself a new customer! Thank you so much :)

Poor customer service. Hairdressers dont listen had to tell them over and over again to get the length i wanted then she was like im not going to cut it any shorter, it was like she was scared to even cut my hair. She didnt layer it even though i asked for her to layer it. I showed her a picture of what i wanted but she said you have to stlye it like that. Well give me the hair cut so i cam style it like that.
She just had a attitude. So i gave up argueing when i finaly got it to the length i wanted, will be going somewhere else to layer and fix it. Am very dissatisfied. The only saving grace is that they got the right color but even then they questioned me over am i sure of that color. I have medium brown hair i just wanted dark brown, i pointed to it on the chart and everything. I wouldnt recommend going there. No customer service at all. But at least i got a water. and i just rememberd she didnt even show me the back of my hAir when we were finished, and i left with hair all over me.
It may sound like i was argueing but im a very polite person who doesnt even curse.
