I bought a watch and the strap broke in 10 minutes so it fell off my wrist, he repaired it then the light didn't work properly and he refused point blank to give me a refund. He is a shonky trader, STAY AWAY!!! Customer service to them is the kind of joke you find in a Christmas cracker!

I have given my watch to these people to adjust the strap. They have returned after adjustment with a dent in the dial. Im pretty sure they have dropped the watch at the time they changing the strap. Once I point the issue they simply said this was there and refused admit it. Watch is not than 2 weeks old and worth 1200.00. He was so aggressive and did nothing to fix the issue.Stay away from these guys. they no nothing about customer service and lack of knowledge in watch repairs. ( this shop is located top floor of the mall next to the lifts)

Sometimes customers are a metric pain in the backside and today that was me. The poor bloke at Penrith Watches and Jewelery did an amazing job customising and totally rebuilding 2 of these 4 watches for me just because I wanted them a particular way. New custom domed sapphire crystals on 2 and dial swaps, hands and movement swaps and 2 ground up rebuilds just because i wanted a particular couour date wheen in a particular case. Couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Price was too reasonable I ended up tipping a fair bit for the excellent work they did.

Poor service. Went here to have battery replaced in watch. Previous battery was put in by these people just over 6 months ago. When queried about how long battery should last, implied that I had gotten my dates wrong. Was obvious to us that they'd installed a battery close to it's use by date.

Definitely would go elsewhere in future.

Not even worth the one star rating. Terrible customer service and atrocious products. I bought a gold ring and in less than two months it was broken in such a way that I couldn't possibly have broken it if I tried. It also saw no rough treatment or cleaning products. When looking for a remedy the 'jeweler' was rude and arrogant from the start, wouldn't let me say a word. Utterly disappointed in the total experience, complete and total waste of time and money.
