Money for nothing

****If you're looking to have repairs done, don't get them here.****

You'd be just as well off if you got all your money and your vehicle together and set them on fire.

This review is long overdue as they had my car in a couple of years ago, but in speaking to a friend I've found that nothing has changed.

I spent thousands on repairs (a good amount they'd put under "misc") and they had my vehicle for months, they said they had narrowed the original overheating problem down to two issues (so they had not fixed the issue it was in for). After this they told me that neither of the possible issues would cause damage to the car if driven as it was giving a false reading. My car broke down in the middle of nowhere around two weeks later. Coolant spraying into the engine bay. Completely unusable. I was told by another mechanic that it sounded like a blown head gasket. When I was contacting John Oxley staff about this they said they had run a test on the head gasket (nothing for this on receipt or ever mentioned beforehand). Said that it was probably because my car had over 200k on it. I'll never be buying a Volkswagen again, nor will I ever be going to John Oxley for it. I've warned family and friends, everyone should know. Disgusting.

First impression, WOW !!

What a surprise to find , in this day of age , people who are totally customer orientated , efficient & professional . I am amazed by the service received , especially in comparison to the previous Range Rover Franchise . Sarah is the perfect example of what customer service is all about . Nothing & no one is perfect , therefore not quite 5 stars .

Dont take your vehicle here! All nice & friendly until they get your money. Incompetent , and when asked to remedy the situation, simply refused! I asked to speak to the boss, Mr Hank,he also refused to reimburse or remedy the problems their incompetence caused. All my friends with Beamers just laughed when I told them what happened.........they also have been stung before. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with!

Would,nt give them my wheelbarrow to fix , book car in for simple service 2 1/2 hrs they say , front right wheel was leaking brake fluid before it went in , get it back 4 hrs later oh you have some bare wires on top of tappet cover , Me ; did you fix them , No ?? . 2 days later and 200 kms down the road my brake light comes on brake cylinder out of brake fluid !!!!!!!!!! .... Next oil change i find the sump plug was way overtightened and stripped the thread out of alloy sump first and last time at that Dump
