Astute and Prudent

I have been in business for 40 years, and John Minihan is the most astute and prudent loans manager, I have ever dealt with. It is very easy to borrow money. John focuses not only on the borrowing, but the protection of your existing asset base. This is the most important aspect of borrowing and financially extending yourself. Recommended as a "very safe pair of hands".
