Need change

More hrs needed to assist managers with workloads.less time spent cutting n changing rosters from owner.

They can be changed up to 3x a week and the managers are the ones informing staff of the cuts!

Too many transfers in and out and incoming stock with only a 3 hr lunch cover! Expected to merchandise give top service and do this on your own?

Shocking especially when you see what the owners make!

Owners work in your stores fir a week and see how tough the managers work for you while you sit in your office!

Today I visited Sandler at Caslte Towers where there was only 1 salesperson on duty. VANYA is her name and Sandler should value her as she is a true gem. While I was there, she juggled many customers, always pleasant and making sure we were all being attended to appropriately. She went out of her way darting in and out of the stock room changing sizes and styles. As a result I personally purchased 2 pair of sneakers. I think most of the customers that were in the store at that time also made purchases. We were all impressed with VANYA. Sandler she is a GEM....look after her!!

I had purchased a white pair of Sandler heels online, but upon receiving it, it had two scuff marks on it. I then emailed the Sandler team who were very prompt in their replies and were more than happy to exchange this for a brand new pair (if sizing was in stock).

I want to thank Adam Feliciotto for his outstanding customer service, excellent communication, and prompt actions. I was also worried that I wouldn't receive the new pair in time for my gown fitting, but he kept me informed throughout the whole process. The second pair I received were also more comfortable. I would highly recommend Sandler shoes and service to everyone :).
