Keen Landscapes

We had Daniel and his team doing paving around our pool area. It was a big job which was overt 60K. We used premium wet sealer as recommended by Daniel and it left a slippery film on the pavers. They tried to clean the slim off several times with acid wash, with very little effect. The acid ended up in our pool and it had to be cleaned several times. Drainage grates were damaged by the acid and ob=ver one year later we are still waiting for Daniel top replace the damaged drains.



The grout between the pavers had to be replaced several times as the colour did not match and cracking in the grout. Several pavers are also loos. Since months I am trying to get in contact with Daniel and he doesn't answerphone calls and doesn't reply to texts.



Unfortunately we have payed him all money owing at the end go =f the original job, as he kept on promising I=us we would come back to fix the rest. So over a year it is still not done.



I cannot recommend his service at all!!!
