Gifts at the Quay

Very low quality goods and terrible customer service. Bought ugg boots and agreed to return them if they won't suit for my daughter. In the room realized that quality was much below than expected, some parts where glued in rather than stitched, etc. Attempted to return referring to the promise that I should be able to do so, but was accused of lying that it was never promised to me. Manager was saying that refunding money was a "dirty business" and he does not do it.

If you decide to buy there - remember to check quality very very thoroughly, as once your money are swollen - personal wouldn't treat you as a customer anymore. Very sad experience, ruined my mood for the day.

So glad I found this place whilst in Sydney. I brought back the most beautiful souvenirs, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the prices were amazing! Highly recommend this place for anyone living in or visiting Sydney. Well worth a visit!

Great customer service, and product range. Wouldn't take my visitors from overseas any where else!
