When you call in the morning reception staff don’t answer the phone they are more concerned with the morning catch up of gossip. How do I know this? Because I drove there to make the appointment. Dr Ghaly makes you wait up to 1.5 hours to 2 hours after your appointment is booked. Not only that he has all Doctors booked into 5 minute per patient because all he cates about is the money. Then you have every Doctor running 1 to 1.5 hours late. Totally unprofessional practice

Reception staff are very friendly and always show compassion to their patients. Doctors at this practice are kind, show care for their patients and always very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Does get busy in there which is understandable because it is an after hours service. Was very impressed with a certain admin staff, Julie, was very polite, helpful and apologetic even though the time restraints are out of her control. Always makes me feels welcome and goes beyond her role in customer service.

The after-hours service is a great idea - too bad they run it like a chook raffle! No appointments, just show up and take your chances and hope the receptionist isn't playing favourites.



Waited 1.5 hours while other patients just seemed to breeze in-and-out. There was no rhyme or reason to who got in next. In the end I got up and left and then rang them to send me the blood test results I'd been waiting for so I can take them to another doctor.



The Doctors there seem OK, but they need to get the reception working properly if they want to run an organised surgery.

Half an hour of my life I'll never get back, the Gp i saw at this clinic must have obtained his degree from the back of a cereal packet. I have never been so disgusted in a 'professional' in all my life. I went in for an ear infection and all he prescribed was fess and nurofen. For a start I can't take nurofen due to an existing medical condition which annoyed me even more because he couldn't be bothered asking any of the due diligence questions about any conditions I may have or if I had any allergies before prescribing anything so no duty of care as far as I'm concerned. I'm not saying all the doctors in this practice are like that and I'm sure they do amazing work, it's just this one GP which unfortunately I can't remember his name so I won't be rushing back to this clinic. Lets hope my purchase from the chemist helps my condition for now but if not I'll be going to another practice for treatment.

When my dr left i was worried about having a new one but her replacement dr vidya is just as lovely and caring i would recommend her to anyone

Great service and very easy to get an appointment the office staff are pleasant and easy to talk to Dr Evgeny is great I call him Dr Magic and have now made him my family Dr I have no hesitation in recommending this clinc and Drs to any one looking for a family Dr

Great service and easy to get an appointment. I have seen many dr's from this service over the years but would have to say Dr Evgeny is fantastic

I go there i see Dr Evgeny great doctor allways helps and friendly i would recommend him

My doctor up and left for England with no notice to patients about her leaving and for the last six weeks my new doctor at another clinic has requested my medical files three times and they have still not sent them
