Through bushfires and required changes in design this company has delivered a quintessential service to build our home, communicate with compassion and innovate through the bushfire crisis to get out new home build and delivered. Now nearly two years after living in our new home we could not be happier. Nothing has moved, cracked or twisted, the quality of the construction inside and out is to superior class. The proprietor Dennis has made a life lasting impression on us and we wish him and his team of qualified tradies to continue his outstanding services to the public.

Please consider very carefully before signing a contract with this company. A commitment of "full winter sun" was given to us and we aspected our home North to take full advantage of the solar gain and reduce our energy bills. Let's face it. There is nothing better than sitting on the lounge on a cold winters day with the sun streaming through as you read a book. Well, that's what we were told we would get. We get hardly any sun and when we contact them on 4 occasions they did not even respond. Then they said we would need to check regulations to change the verandah. They said they would be happy to help make modifications so that we were happy. We did the runaround that Lloyds suggested and checked with Department and the Council who said "go ahead".
The owner then said he wouldn't send someone to fix the problem because he thought it would look funny. Who owns the house??
