LH Property & Fireplace Maintenance

Looked at my job and gave me a quote. Asked for deposit when I accepted. I paid the deposit and he said he would be there in two days. Rang me up following day and said material had not arrived and that as rain was predicted next day, he would delay the job.Aattempts to contact him in the last six days have been ignored.I am about to take legal action to recover my deposit.
