      failed to complete work, no refund.

      Appalling service. Went in on Tuesday 14 th for a pink slip. Failed on tyres. Told to pay, go and get new tyres and return to get the pink slip. Got tyres on wed 15th. Returned on 16 th and 17th to find shop closed up. Rego due on 17th so had to pay for a new one at another garage. Asked for a refund today as i didn't receive the pink slip i paid for and was told no refund. On 14th no one thought to mention they would be closed for 2 days, knowing the rego was due on 17th.
