This company professes to work 24/7. My front door handle is falling off. They said no problem they'll give you a call Monday. I said that's not good enough because it's my only form of egress and I can't run the risk of not being able to get out of the house or going out and not being able to re-enter my home. He said that's what the locksmith told me. I said it requires a handyman, the lock is fine, it only needs a handyman. He said well I left a message with your rental company. I said it's 10pm they won't respond and reminded him that I am in danger and I need them to fix it. He said that he left messages. I again reminded him they they say they are a 24/7 company so I need to speak with his manager. He said he's not here, I'm the only one here. So I asked for his no. He immediately disconnected the call.
