Since last update we have:
Gone to the NSW Office of Fair Trading, this yielded nothing for us.
Sent Solicitor letters... nothing again!
Went to NCAT, Joe actually turned up, agreed to everything, then did nothing.
Got a court order and had bailifs go out to seize goods to cover his debt .... they got nothing as nothing there to seize!
After spending several time more than the debt to get nowhere we drew the line on spending another $10k to get a wind down order. You got lucky Joe you crook, you really do know how to play the game of ripping people off and getting away with it. You are the lowest form of scum that I have ever done business with.
I'll leave it to Karma now to deal with you, you are no longer worth my time and resources.

The response from Joe at JMG to my initial feedback was complete "Bravo Sierra" they clearly are not committed to resolving anything, or refunding our money.
Everyday I have called and heard lie after lie after lie, eg ....
"We have sent you the refund".
"We have sent you a partial refund".
"The Office Staff won't return your money as you put bad feedback online" (there are no office staff!)
"We have cashflow problems" (very surprising since they obtain much money by deception and fraud judging by the feedback here).
Heard a new one from Joe today ... "if you were in front of me I'd break your teeth"! (clearly the words from somebody that's wants to resolve a situation .... NOT!)
They play the victim in all discussions, have no integrity, utter lie after lie and are complete lying fraudsters, that quite frankly belong in Jail.
INITAL REVIEW 11/05/2026
Absolute Fraudsters. Happily took $3,150 from us by credit card for a Volvo Gearbox on 11/03/2025 Invoice#4882, then did not supply the gearbox. Don't waste your time buying from Joe (JOSEPH SAID) at JMG Auto Parts, every day for 2 months he gaslighted and lied to us that the gearbox is turning up that day. Even after phoning him several times a day for 2 months, the same lies ... “it will be with you by the end of the day”, even though he could never produce a tracking number.
Key Lies We Heard:
1. It will be with you by the end of the day (clearly never was).
2. I will call you back in an hour (never did, not even once).
3. I’ll get my office people to send you the tracking number today (never did).
4. The courier company could not deliver it to you so returned it to us, we’ll send it again tomorrow (clearly never did).
5. I’ll send you a refund by 5PM (clearly never did).
6. ADDITIONAL LIE: Everyday for two weeks now - we have sent you the refund, but it never arrives, nor does proof of payment.
This has been a the worst experience of buying Auto parts in Australia, it has wasted significant amounts of our time, not to mention the time of our customer who has now been without a car for several months.
Save yourself an absolute nightmare and PLEASE don’t ever trust, or buy from JMG Auto Parts.

My invoice number 4736. Where can I start this man not sure i should even call him a man he calls himself Jo. He is a scammer and fraudster under no circumstances should you even buy anything from him. All the negative comments are 100% true and if there was an option to give 0 star thats what he will he will get. Bought a used BMW X4 engine that never got delivered he is so brazen with his lies about a courier coming to deliver waiting over and and over lying about the driver that does not exist. I paid 5 k with a promise that it will get delivered in 2 days its now going 4 weeks. I have gone to his shop a number of times he will lie to your face and has no shame. He will lie about a non existent item, he will take your money and not deliver, he will lie about depositing your refund, he will lie about everything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CROOKS. JOE THE OWNWER IS A BIG LIAR THIS BUSINESS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN AUSTRALIA HE BASICALLY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE BACK THE REFUND. HE WILL LIE ABOUT DEPOSITING THE REFUND NEVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS THERE IS NO SENSE OF MORALITY OR SHAME OPERATING SUCH A SCAM. I WILL WAIT AND SEE WHAT FAIR TRADING NSW WILL DO WITH MY CASE. THIS BUSINESS NEED TO BE DEREGISTERED.
