Rentmart Investors Choice

During a routine inspection conducted by Rentmart Beenleigh, it has me wondering about the professionalism of the staff, as these people have keys to our homes.



Unfortunately, I couldn't attend the inspection myself. Upon reviewing the internal living area camera, I discovered that a staff member used a teddy bear from our special shelf – which holds sentimental items like certificates and tokens from significant moments in our lives – to clean something she had walked in from outside off the floor.



What baffles me is that, despite having alternative options such as tea towels in the kitchen drawers (she would have found them if she had opened a third drawer), a tissue box near where she was previously standing 30 seconds prior, or even the toilet paper in either of the bathrooms, the lady opted to use a special item with sentimental value. Ironically, there was a mop and bucket right next to the shelf from which she took the teddy bear.



I believe a simple note would have sufficed to inform me of the cleaning necessity, sparing sentimental items from being used in such a manner.



Also, many times I have viewed them taking photos of places where calendars are hanging, which holds information that should not be on record. There were also times when they stopped to view letters or things hanging on our fridge.

Do not rent through rentmart, if I could give no stars I would. Lie to your face, try and rip you off (keep all documentation). Never bothered to check water reading until 18mths into lease, than hit with $800 plus water bill. Just absolutely treated like crap.
Than don't even get me started about trying to get bond back. Constantly passing the blame for poor customer service onto a former employee when clearly she no longer works there however the terrible service remains.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
