Oasis Lawn Care Service

We have read the reviews about the Oasis and trusted the owner with our money. Initially he asked for 70% to buy materials. Closer to the date he asked for full payment to prioritise our fencing. Once the full payment has been received he has been making excuses.

Not only he hasnt started the work on schedule, he isn’t even answering to any of our phone calls or text messages.

We understand he has had some losses last year. But everything organised and payed before December.

Our backyard is not fenced and we can’t do anything about it as the money ($12000) is with him.

The way he is treating us is not professional. We are left to believe that this company has cheated us. We are planning on taking legal action to get our money back.

So we will not recommend his service to anyone.

I’m beyond disappointed. After meeting with the owner of Oasis he seemed like a good bloke and I was happy with his suggestions for my yard. I went ahead and paid a 50% deposit as requested by Oasis. The agreement stated a start date would be provided within 2 weeks of payment. That was in September 2021. Five months later still with no start or finish date and after a lot of inconsistency, and my yard now in a much worse state, I was offered a refund by Oasis early December 2021. However, every attempt to collect my refund has been ignored. As a woman who values supporting local small businesses, It saddens me to say I do not recommend Oasis. I’m hopeful my deposit will be returned without the need to go to court.

Excellent service, highly recommend. Did a very good job servicing my lawns and clearing my gardens will definitely give them a call when needed, run by a top bloke

Can't recommend Oasis enough! Prompt reply by clint, more than fair quote, such pride is put into their work it's really a sight to see! Turned my gardens from trash to... Well to an oasis!! Thankyou oasis!! Will definately be recommending to family and Friends!!
