Homedeal Air Conditioning QLD

Our aircon now works better than ever. This however, has nothing to do with Homedeal Aircon. Our airconditioning failed about 4 months ago, and we called Homedeal to fix it. $150 and 15 minutes later, they told us that it was a communications error, likely the PC board in the roof. However, they didn’t want to use the existing manhole, and wanted us to cut a new one for them. We offered to retrieve the PC board ourselves for testing, but they declined and referred us to another company.



They didn’t bother checking the wall panel or wiring, despite identifying there were 3 places for the issue to occur. We had the PC board checked, which found no issues. After doing half their job already, we decided to do the rest and replaced the wall panel, fixing the issue. Not yet satisified, we then changed the programming on the panel to more optimised settings for the rooms, improving efficency and effectiveness. Had we proceeded with Matt and Adam Black’s suggestion to cut a manhole, it would have been an unnecessary and costly mistake. I would give zero rating if I could. Homedeal is hopeless afterall.

I have used Homedeal Air Conditioning to provide maintenance of my ducted air con system, and my parents' reverse cycle air con units for a number of years. Now after a lightning strike, I've had them replace my ducted system entirely. The team know what they're doing, their service is knowledgeable and always helpful. If anything goes wrong (I had a gecko attack my system!! ) a technician is there within an hour or two. They work at providing good service.

I had Homedeal install two aircons in our home. The sales and installation team were professional and polite. The job was done on time with minimal fuss. I would recommend Adam and the team to family and friends.

I was recently on holiday's in Brisbane with my young family, we were staying in a rental apartment when the air conditioning unit failed and the landlord could not arrange help for us. I found Homedeal QLD on the internet and they were able to attend that day and thankfully fix the problem. I just like to thank Homedeal for they terrific service and enabled us to enjoy the rest of our holiday.

Nothing but great dealings with this local business. I have tenants that had an air conditioner fail this winter, the Homedeal team were prompt and efficient, returning heat to my once again happy tenants.

Initial sales person was very knowledgable and helpful. Once install took place (they used AC/DC Air Con - not sure what the relationship was as they wouldn't get back to me), I had many problems including the installers being late numerous times, damaging my property, failing to return calls, having to come out to the property numerous times due to botched install. I wrote to HomeDeal informing them of the issues I had encountered but they never got back to me. Had they responded I wouldn't have bothered with this but given their lack of customer service and unprofessional contractors (I assume) I definitely wouldn't use them again.
